Stall Holders

Outback Festival attracts over 5000 visitors over the 5 day event and we are seeking applications from stallholders for both food and craft/market sales.

Stall Fees per day for each of the 5 days, including power:

  • Food Vans: $175 + GST per day
  • Craft/Market Stalls: $60 + GST per day

2019 Stall General Operating Times:

  • Tuesday 24 September – 9am to 8pm: main street venue
  • Wednesday 25 September – 8am to 8pm: main street venue
  • Thursday 26 September – 8am to 8pm: main street venue
  • Friday 27 September – 8am to 8pm: main street venue.  Please note: From 2pm to 11.30pm a selection of food stalls will be invited to relocate to the Eric Lenton Memorial Recreation Grounds for the evening events and concert.  Approximately 2,500+ patrons are expected to this evening event.
  • Saturday 28 September – 8am to 8pm: main street venue. Please note: From 4pm to 11.00pm a selection of food stalls will be invited to relocate to the Eric Lenton Memorial Recreation Grounds for the evening events and concert.  Approximately 2,500+ patrons are expected to this evening event.

All Stallholders must maintain a high-quality presentation of products and stall layout. We encourage you to like our Facebook page for regular updates.

Please ensure that you leave your site in a good condition. Any undue cleaning or damage costs will be billed directly to you.

Venue Bump In *
Bump in will commence from 6am Tuesday 24 September 2019. Stalls are not able to bump in at any other time. Vehicles may enter the market site area to set up the stalls between 6am and 8.30am. All vehicles to be removed from site by 8.30am.

Venue Bump Out *
Bump out will commence from 11pm Saturday 28 September 2019 at the conclusion of the event program. All stalls must be out of the Main CBD area before 6am on Sunday 29 September 2019.

Regulations, Insurance & Licenses *
Please forward a copy of your Current Certificate of Currency (Minimum $20m Public Liability Insurance), and Business License Certificate to Outback Festival: [email protected]

Payment of Fee *
Once your application has been approved, a tax invoice will be issued to you to secure your spot. The FEE MUST BE PAID ON RECEIPT OF TAX INVOICE and FULL PAYMENT must be received by 05 June 2019 to secure your site.
NOTE: Fees will not be refunded for any cancellations.
