Stall Holders

Outback Festival attracts over 2,000 people over the 5 day event and we are seeking applications from stallholders for both food and craft/market sales.

Stall Fees per day for each of the 5 days, including power:

  • Commercial Food Vans: $190 +GST per day + 2 x 15amp Power Points
  • Non-food Stall: $70 + GST per day + 1 x 15amp Power Point
  • Note: if more power points are required an extra fee of $20 will apply

All Stallholders must maintain a high-quality presentation of products and stall layout. We encourage you to like our Facebook page for regular updates.

    Site fees per day for each of the 5 days, including power:*
    Food Vans: $190 + GST per day
    Craft Stalls: $70 + GST per day
    Note: if more power points are required an extra fee of $20 will apply. Please ensure that you leave your site in a good condition. Any undue cleaning or damage costs will be billed directly to you.

    Venue Bump In *
    Bump in will commence from 5pm Monday 20 September 2021. Vehicles may enter the market site area to set up the stalls. All vehicles to be removed from site.

    Venue Bump Out *
    Bump out will commence from 12 midnight Saturday 25 at the conclusion of the event program. All stalls must be out of the Main CBD area before 10am Sunday 26 September 2021.

    Stall Operating Times *
    Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 10pm: main street venue

    Please forward a copy of your Current Certificate of Currency (Minimum $20m Public Liability Insurance), and Business License Certificate to Outback Festival: [email protected]

    Payment of Fee *
    Once your application has been approved, a tax invoice will be issued to you to secure your spot. The FEE MUST BE PAID ON RECEIPT OF TAX INVOICE and FULL PAYMENT must be received by Wednesday 18th August to secure your site.
    REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS: Less 10% of full fee will only be paid if notification is made prior to 23rd August 2021. After 23rd August no refunds will be given.
    NOTE: Fees will not be refunded for any cancellations.
