3. For the seasoned travellers, Powered and Unpowered sites are available at the Winton Showgrounds with plenty of space for your tent, caravan, or camper and all the amenities you need.

Experience the ultimate in comfort and style at the Outback Festival with our Luxury Glamping Bell Tents. Designed for up to five guests, each tent is equipped with a plush queen bed and cozy single beds, ensuring a restful stay. Indulge in luxurious bedding, soft towels, ambient lighting, and elegant furnishings, all nestled in the heart of the outback. This exclusive glamping experience offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, allowing you to enjoy the festival in unparalleled comfort and luxury. Escape the ordinary and make unforgettable memories in your private oasis under the stars.
Luxury Glamping Bell Tents will be located at St Patrick’s School on the grassed oval (Enter by Oondooroo Street entrance and follow signs).
The Luxury Glamping area will open 10am Tuesday 23 September and closes 2pm Sunday 28 September 2025.
PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
- A 5-metre Luxury Glamping Bell Tent pre set up awaiting your arrival, which accommodates up to 5 people.
- Plush queen bed, and cozy single beds if applicable, with luxurious bedding including linen, pillows and doona.
- Soft and luxurious bath towels.
- Ambient lighting, elegant furnishings and floor mats for your convenience and pure comfort.
- Onsite shared toilet and shower facilities.
- Access to an exclusive communal dining tent for Luxury Glamping guests only, including tea & coffee making facilities. A kitchenette area also includes some cooking equipment, gas cooker, esky and a dishwashing area.
- Easy walk to all of the Festival attractions on the main CBD Elderslie Street plus courtesy buses operating during the Festival.

Club Paterson Tent City
Take the hassle out of camping with our all-inclusive camping packages.
This is the perfect package for festival goers looking to camp under the stars without losing their creature comforts. You’ll simply drive up to our exclusive Tent City location complete with premium shower & toilet facilities, covered outdoor breakout area and onsite optional cooked breakfasts. Step into your roomy tent, unpack and stretch out on your comfortable single camp bed, complete with quality linen (double camp bed may be available upon request). Then it’s just a short walk to all the action.
Packages range from two to five nights. The longer you stay, the cheaper the per-night rate. All packages include bed linen, so there’s nothing else for you to do when you arrive, but unpack and enjoy the festival.

- Comfortable safari-style tent ready and waiting for you to move in and unpack.
- Your single camp bed already made up with quality linen (double camp bed may be available upon request).
- Convenient 12-volt lighting and carpeted tent floor.

Powered & Unpowered Camping
Powered sites for caravans or campervans will be made available at the Winton Showgrounds in our Festival Campsite (Enter by Cork Street entrance and follow signs).
Guests will have access to onsite toilet and hot shower facilities. Campsites will be allocated by our staff on the day of your arrival and unfortunately, we will be unable to guarantee adjoining campsites for groups unless they are booked together. A shuttle service will operate regularly between the show grounds and event venues.
The campground opens 10am Sunday 21st September and closes 5pm Sunday 28th September 2025. One vehicle is permitted per campsite and a vehicle entry pass will be allocated upon arrival.
*Please don’t arrive before 10.00am on Sunday 21 September as we will not have staff available to admit you to the campground*
