The welcome ceremony includes:
Parade of Cobb & Co Coach & 100 Year Landau Coach delivers special guests to the Main Stage. Official comperes Barry Hamilton & Leon Mitchell Winton welcomes the 2nd Cavalry Regiment Townsville, Qld. Mounted Infantry, and Wayne Sticher (Outback Century Cycle Challenge Ambassador) to Winton.
